Easy on the budget, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5790 multifunction printer prints, copies, scans, and faxes while offering everything you need in a compact unit.

The Epson WF-C5790 is available in two versions, Standard with Replaceable Ink Pack System and Supertank. Both versions feature the same printer. The only difference is that the Supertank comes with two years of ink in the box. The Epson WF-C5790 is recommended for users with a monthly page volume of up to 2,500 pages.

The Epson WF-C5790 is powered by Epson PrecisionCore Heat-Free Technology, the next generation of inkjet printing technology offering performance, precision, colour accuracy, and cost savings. With a print speed of 24 ISO pages per minute for both colour and black and a fast first page out time, the Epson WF-C5790 is a fast, efficient choice for busy workgroups.

The Epson WF-C5790 multifunction printer is economical to own and operate. Because it does not generate heat and has fewer moving parts than laser printers, it is extremely reliable. It uses up to 75 percent less energy than comparable colour laser printers (compared to similarly featured color laser printers priced at $999 (USD) or less and 40 ppm or less based on industry available data as of July 2019). Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5790 Inks

The Epson WF-C5790 uses Epson DuraBrite Ultra pigment inks packaged in four individual Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS) ink packs (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow). Both the Standard and Supertank models come with “starter” initial RIPS ink packs. The Supertank model also includes 3 sets of colour T902XL RIPS ink packs and two black T902XXL RIPS ink packs. That’s enough ink to print up to 20,000 pages (black) / 15,000 pages (colour).

The Epson WF-C5790 multifunction printer comes with a standard 2-year limited warranty (Epson Preferred Plus Standard), but you can purchase up to 5 years of coverage if desired.

• Standard: Epson Preferred Plus — This is the standard 2-year limited warranty that comes with the Epson WF-C5790 multifunction printer. For the first year, you get Epson Preferred Plus Premium at no additional cost. This means during the first year, instead of returning the printer to Epson’s service depot for repairs, you qualify for “Easy Exchange” where Epson will send you a replacement printer the next business day (Epson pays for shipping both ways). In the second year, you’ll need to return the printer to Epson for repairs with Epson paying for shipping both ways.
