Epson GP-C831 Colour Label Printer to Be Discontinued June 15, 2020
Posted by BK on 17th Mar 2020
Get a new Epson GP-C831 colour label printer while you can by ordering between now and June 15, 2020. Epson just announced that the Epson GP-C831’s end of life and end of sale will be reached on June 15th. Epson will be manufacturing the last batch of printers based on the number of orders that come in between now and then.
It’s important to note that end of life does not mean end of support. ColorWorks C831 ink cartridges, C831 labels, spare parts, and service will be available for at least five more years. Thus, if you’re looking for a fast, reliable, large format GHS BS5609 colour label printer, the Epson GP-C831 remains an outstanding value. Whether you need to replace an aging GP-C831 or add a brand new one to your fleet, you have until June 15, 2020 to do so (or while supplies last).
This deadline will come quick, so we recommend placing your order now. Once June 15th rolls around, it will be too late.
We recommend the Epson GP-C831 colour label printer to businesses that need to print large chemical or industrial labels or are looking for a reliable, rugged colour label printer for a variety of applications. It is fast, reliable, and easy to use.
That said, we also recommend Epson’s new C6500 colour label printers for these same applications. The Epson ColorWorks C6500A (auto cutter) and C6500P (peeler) are fast, reliable full colour industrial label printers. They are faster and have better print quality than the GP-C831. They are also loaded with additional features and remote management tools. The new ColorWorks C6500 label printers are the recommended replacement printers for the Epson GP-C831.
Whether you want the tried-and-true GP-C831 or the new ColorWorks C6500, you can’t go wrong with either choice. But, you’ll have to act quickly on the Epson GP-C831 colour label printer. Order now to ensure you can get it before the end-of-life / end-of-sale deadline of June 15, 2020.
