Thermal Transfer 0.24" x 0.315" 3UP Gloss Polyester Circuit Board Labels UL 9000/Roll - 1.5" Core | 4" OD

Print your own circuit board labels using a 2-inch thermal transfer label printer and DuraFast Label Company's white thermal transfer 0.24" x 0.315" circuit board labels. These UL-approved circuit board labels are made from white polyester label materials and a clear, high performance permanent adhesive.

Our 3UP gloss polyester circuit board labels can withstand high temperatures typical in today's electronics manufacturing processes and electronic component operations.

The clear adhesive is formulated to provide excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including bare and printed circuit boards. The labels are also RoHS 3 compliant and offer excellent tear strength, heat and chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and opacity.

Offered on a roll with a 1.5-inch core and 4-inch outside diameter, these 0.24" x 0.315" circuit board labels come 9000 labels per roll. The labels are configured in a 3-across orientation so you can print multiple labels at once. These labels can be used on Desktop thermal transfer and Industrial Thermal Transfer label printers.

Printer Compatibility

DuraFast 3UP gloss polyester circuit board labels are compatible with most 2-inch thermal transfer printers. They have a high gloss finish, which accepts most inks and offers excellent thermal transfer results with most resin and wax-resin thermal transfer ribbons.

We recommend using these small circuit board labels with the following 2-inch thermal transfer printers:

• GoDex RT200i: The GoDex RT200i comes in two models (200dpi and 300 dpi) and is a great choice for large print runs of circuit board labels. If you need a fast circuit board printer, consider the GoDexRT200i 200dpi model which has a print speed of 7 inches per second.
• TSC TTP-225 / TTP-323: The TSC TTP-225 is a 200 dpi thermal transfer printer while the TSC TTP-323 has a 300 dpi print resolution. Since the TTP-225 has a lower print resolution, it is faster than the TTP-323 (5 ips vs 3 ips on the TTP-323).
• Zebra TLP 2824 Plus: Zebra thermal printers are among the most popular in the market and the TLP 2824 Plus is no exception. This thermal transfer printer offers a print resolution of 203 dpi and a print speed of 4 ips, making it a great choice for a wide range of applications including printing circuit board labels.

For Best Results

Printing circuit board labels in-house requires a good quality 2-inch thermal transfer printer, durable circuit board media with heat-resistant properties and adhesive, and either a resin or wax-resin thermal transfer ribbon.
