iSys Label Edge 850 Digital Label Press
The iSys Label Edge 850 brings advanced features and affordable consumable costs to your production environment. It prints in full color using four individual toner cartridges and a laser print engine. The Edge 850 is fast (it prints at up to 30 feet per minute) and able to handle media sizes ranging from 3 to 8.5 inches wide. Here’s a quick snapshot of the Edge 850’s capabilities:

• Resolution: 1200 x 600 dpi
• Width range: 3 to 8.5 inches
• Prints GHS / BS5609 certified labels
• Roll-to-roll and roll-to-cut printing supported
• Prints on a variety of substrates including: tags, paper, vinyl, polyester, pre-die-cut labels (matrix removed), kiss-cut or continuous roll
• Optional white toner kit available
• Optional variable data printing software allows you to print custom content and serial numbers
An integrated feeder/rewinder accepts 8” OD label rolls with ease while its built-in cutter allows you to set up automatic or on the fly cutting. Consumables for the iSys Label Edge 850
The iSys Label Edge 850 uses the following consumable:
- Standard toner cartridges: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black
- Optional white toner: Requires the white drum kit and the RIP plugin. The white toner option modifies the printer to print white spot color and text on black or clear media.
- Drum cartridges: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. White drum kit option available.
- Standard fusers: 8.5 inches wide
- Narrow fusers: 6 and 4 inches wide (optional). These narrow fusers allow you to use shorter media across the width of the printer.
- Replacement belts
iSys Label Edge 850 Labels
The Edge 850 prints on a variety of substrates. We carry Edge 850 labels on both continuous label rolls and pre-die cut label rolls. Choose from the following:
- Matte and high gloss Edge 850 paper labels
- Polyester Edge 850 labels (white, clear, and vinyl labels available)
- GHS BS5609 labels – Our BS5609-certified chemical labels are the most durable available and specially formulated for use with the Edge 850.
