The SCR35PL accommodates label material from 4 inches to 14 inches wide, and can precisely cut a label up to 13 inches wide. This makes it a perfect companion for a digital label press like the iSys Label Apex 1290, which can print media up to 12.9 inches wide.

From Lamination to Finishing - All Under One Roof

Once the printed label media is loaded into the Scorpio Plus 35, it can be laminated for enhanced durability. The labels are then digitally cut into the desired shape, with the surrounding waste material efficiently peeled away and removed. If your labels are printed multiple times across the width of the roll, or if different products' labels are printed in adjacent columns, the SCR35PL can skillfully slit the material into separate strips that are one label wide. With up to 13 slitting blades, it can produce strips as narrow as 0.75 inches.
