Dye Print Head for the Afinia L501 Colour Inkjet Label Printer
The dye print head for the Afinia L501 must be used with Afinia L501 DYE inks. It cannot be used with the pigment inks. Together, the L501 dye print head and the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black dye inks are used for printing prime labels such as product labels with bold colors.
When you want to switch to pigment inks, the entire Afinia L501 dye print head and ink cartridges can be removed and replaced with the pigment print head and pigment ink cartridges.
